- Rank Advancement

- 2014 Top Earners
Numbers play a crucial part of any business. LPGN will recognize the top income earners of the past year, within the time frame of September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014.
- 2014 Top Recruiters
One of the most important aspects of building a solid business is to sponsor newcomers consistently. Those who have personally sponsored the highest number of IBOs with a minimum of 100 GV between September 1, 2013 and August 31, 2014 will be recognized.
- Heart of LPGN 2014
The highest honor bestowed upon an LPGN IBO, the Heart of LPGN will be awarded to the one who most exemplifies the “By You, For You” philosophy, while transforming and impacting the livelihoods of others.
- Pinnacle Award 2014
As in any of life’s endeavors, how high you climb depends upon your personal initiative, attitude, and perseverance. The Pinnacle Award will be awarded to the IBO who shows outstanding team leadership, consistent growth, and success.
- Arrows of Leadership
The Arrows of Leadership are those leaders who any LPGN Independent Business Owner (IBO) can look to for support, encouragement, example, or assistance as they strive to achieve success within their independent LPGN business. LPGN leaders who lead by example while transforming their own lives in five areas are derived from the 5 arrows in the LPGN logo (emotional, physical, mental, financial and ethical).
