Summer networking

School is out and summer vacation is on! What does this mean for your network marketing business? The short answer is, “It’s prime time! That means it’s an excellent time to network and cultivate leads. Here’s why.

Sunny weather presents networking opportunities. People enjoy going to outdoor parties. Depending on which part of the country you reside in, you may be accustomed to barbecues, garden or tea parties, and virtually everyone enjoys a picnic. If you live close to the water, there will be plenty of beach or lake activities where you can meet people who are active and likely interested in a healthy lifestyle.

Wherever you may be, strike up a casual conversation and see if there is an opportunity for you to introduce your passion for LifePharm Global Network. Summertime is actually the easiest season to “make new friends” because people who are enjoying the great outdoors are generally in a good mood and more open to suggestions.

Even though Laminine is the flagship product for LifePharm Global Network, don’t overlook another product that is ideal for sampling, especially if you are networking at a social event centered around eating: DIGESTIVE+++. Because DIGESTIVE+++ works quickly in the gastrointestinal tract, even a single softgel capsule can produce positive results that may convince a prospect to buy or even sign up. It’s easy to have a bottle with you or to carry capsules in a small plastic bag for prospects to try.

If you are the host of any type of get-together (birthday parties, anniversaries, congratulatory events, etc.), be sure to have all four of the LPGN products available. You don’t have to be pushy, but if the products are visible, the chances of working them into a conversation are much higher. Again, because DIGESTIVE+++ is the one that produces the most immediate discernible benefits, always have that available for sampling or sale.

Summer is also the perfect time to reactivate old customers. Go through your list of 100. Who purchased product from you? Who is actually part of your downline and wanted to build a business but never got around to it? Who hasn’t purchased for some time now? This is the time you need to reach out; don’t wait for them to call you! What if they’re waiting for you to call them! Summer is often the time of year many people are taking a break, so they may be more open to reconnecting with you.

When you network around a fun social event, it works in your favor. Many resist formal business discussions but if something comes up in a natural conversation, they become interested, because there is no pressure. If business discussions do take place at a social function you have put together, you can claim the cost of customer entertainment expenses (including meals) as a tax deduction. It may be prudent to check with your accountant to see just how this can work to your benefit.

Enjoy your summer, stay safe and remember to reconnect with past acquaintances in addition to making new friends!
