Business Building Corner

Remember your customers and team members during the holidays

The best way to connect during this season is to address holiday cards to your customers. A great customer retention tool, holiday cards give an uplifting message to your customers in a way that expresses appreciation for their business. By the same token, the holiday season is a perfect time to recognize your team members and thank them for their contributions.

With your retail customers and downline who are not business builders, this is the perfect time of your to make them feel valued and special. Even though they are not earning commissions or sponsoring new team members, they are still adding to your organizational group volume by consistently purchasing products.

Personalize your service
Personalized service makes people feel special. Take a look at what their purchase preferences are and thank them. Then be sure to include information about products they are not buying and perhaps include a few capsules as samples. You’ll not only be showing your appreciation for their continued consumption but may also be expanding their purchases. Talk to them and find out if their needs have changed. For example, if they have been focused only on Laminine, find out if there have been many colds in the family and recommend IMMUNE+++. Have they experienced stomach issues? Discuss the multiple benefits of DIGESTIVE+++.

This approach also works with your downline members. Be sure to look in your Virtual Office and see if your business builders are only focusing on one or two products. Make sure they understand the benefits of introducing LifePharm with all four products. Since it is always best to have personal experiences in order to formulate personal endorsements to tell, strongly recommend that each and every business builder on your team is consuming all the products. Again, as their upline leader, give them samples during the gift-giving season.

Host a get-together
The holiday season is also the perfect time for you to host a special gathering for your customers and team builders. Ideally, you will have a mix of both builders and non-builders. This way, the customers will see up front and personal, the benefits of being a business-builder—the builders are your team will naturally talk about it!

During the gathering, you can recognize the achievements of the team members as well as thank your customers. And don’t forget to ask your customers for referrals. By providing the best service possible and making your customers happy, you are almost assured of their friends and acquaintances being sent your way.

Emphasize "easy" and "stress-free"
In most areas, the holiday season is when there is inclement weather. It’s either raining, overcast, snowing or windy. No one likes going shopping under any of those circumstances. Remind your customers and team members that with a few clicks of the mouse, they can give the best gift of all—good health—to virtually everyone on their gift lists. And they can do it easily, without any stress.

The holidays can be your best months for increasing sales volume—just take a little time to reach out with a card, sample or invitation!
