Your lifestyle serves as part of role modeling

What does it mean to be a role model? A role model is someone who serves as an example, whose behavior is emulated by other people and consistently leads by example. In business, we tend to think of role models in terms of behavior that leads to increased sales and organizational growth.

Stop and consider this: are you equipped to be a role model for your business team? This question in and of itself may produce some qualms. For example, you may feel you are not successful enough or have not made enough money to be a true business role model. You may think you have not sponsored enough people into your group. You may never have been in business before, let alone become a business owner. But being a business role model is not only about past successes.

Step back and think about your lifestyle. Are you living the way you want to live and know you should be living? Is your lifestyle what you want your team members to duplicate? Do you take Laminine, OMEGA+++, DIGESTIVE+++ and IMMUNE+++ every day? Do your family members take them, too? Do you eat a healthy diet that focuses on fruits and vegetables, is low in fat and high in fiber? Do you set aside 15 to 30 minutes a day to exercise or take a walk? Do you practice random acts of kindness at least once a day? If you can answer yes to these questions, you are equipped to be a LifePharm role model.

Taking the basic steps to ensure that your personal health and that of your family members is solid or improving is key to being a role model in network marketing. If you become a walking advertisement for LifePharm products, you are being a positive role model. When you personally experience the benefits of LifePharm products and can tell your story to others, you are being a good role model.

Role modeling is a useful way to provide continuity in business building and to maintain high standards to be passed on or shared with others, both in your group and elsewhere. By role modeling a healthy lifestyle, you are walking the walk. Take that a step further by sharing your goals and asking your team members to duplicate that healthy and compassionate lifestyle, and you are well on your way to being a role model and leader.
